Processed Pork Products Recalled Including Pork Rinds And Chicharrones

RELATED: 7 Simple Ways to Avoid Food Poisoning Per the notice, the pork in question was imported to the U.S. on September 15, 2021, and was then processed into packaged pork rinds and chicharrones. All of the recalled products have the establishment number “EST. 6030” inside the USDA mark of inspection. Additionally, the products were sold in retail locations (including 7-Eleven) in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Washington. The following products are subject to the recall:

According to the USDA, the issue with the above packaged foods was discovered during routine FSIS surveillance of imported products. Currently, there have been no reports of anyone having an adverse reaction to any of these products, but consumers who have purchased them are being urged not to eat them. Instead, these products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
